We’ll ride from Waitangi Park towards Oriental Parade (the beach area), then along the harbour to the museums and Queens Wharf, enjoying harbour views and easy waterfront paths.
Photo stops include the WELL_NGTON sculptural sign and other scenic spots. We’ll finish near Lady Elizabeth Parking (Queens Wharf) around 5:00 pm.

A relaxed, beginner-friendly ride along flat terrain. No experience needed.

Important:
You need to register a bank card in the app before the event. Free vouchers will not work unless a card is already registered.
New students are encouraged to obtain their student ID card and verify it in the Flamingo app before the event to earn riding points and access special rates for future rides.
🦺 Safety First
Flamingo staff will give a short safety briefing before we start, so feel free to join even if you’ve never used an e-scooter before.
🍻 Optional Post-Ride Pub Social – Pay Your Own Way
This is a separate ticket from the ride. If you’re keen, we’ll head to a nearby pub after the ride for a casual social. It’s a great way to wrap up the Friday afternoon, meet other new students, and catch up with current postgraduate students.
We may provide some light food, but all drinks are pay your own way. Please bring a valid ID (passport or NZ driver’s license).

This scooter tour is limited to 20 participants, but the pub social is flexible (you’re welcome to join just for the social). Registration is required.
