Join a beginner-friendly Pilates mat class designed to help improve body awareness, mobility, and alignment through mindful exercises. This session is suitable for all levels and will be taught in a supportive and relaxed environment. No prior Pilates experience is required. The class will be offered on a Koha basis (a voluntary contribution). Yoga mats and blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
