The VUW PGSA is the representative organization for postgraduate students
at Te Herenga Waka / Victoria University of Wellington

The Victoria University of Wellington Postgraduate Students’ Association (the VUW PGSA) exists to build community among postgraduates; represent postgraduates at university and faculty level; and encourage and celebrate excellence in postgraduate research here at Vic.

As a postgraduate student at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington, you are not automatically a member of the VUW PGSA. The only way we can contact you about our events is by becoming a member (the university does not share your contact details us).

Membership of the VUW PGSA is voluntary and free, but you must actively opt in!

There are no membership fees or responsibilities involved with becoming a VUW PGSA member. The PGSA is funded from a (tiny!) proportion of the student services levy that you paid on enrolment at the university, and the amount of registered members we have does determine our funding each year.

Help us help you by clicking on the link above and filling out the short membership form or by sending us as email at pgsa@vuw.ac.nz.
